We coordinate dental care at a Grade-A tertiary public hospital in Yantai, plus recovery add-ons. The most important thing to understand first: not every service is completed in a single trip. We explain the trip structure up front, because hidden "you'll need to come back" surprises are the main reason medical trips go wrong.
Dental work is not all the same. Some is finished on a single visit; some is biologically required to span two trips. Knowing which is which changes your budget, your time off work, and your expectations.
Veneers, all-ceramic crowns and bridges are bonded to teeth you already have. There is no implant healing period, so the work is finished and you leave with the final result.
Implants need time to fuse with bone (osseointegration). You receive fixed temporary teeth on trip 1, then return for the permanent bridge after healing. This is standard worldwide โ not a Yantai limitation.
Each category below is a type of care delivered at the hospital. Prices are reference ranges only โ your actual quote follows a case review and depends on your records.
We are a coordination service, not a clinic. The hospital bills you directly for medical care; we are paid a separate coordination fee for the parts that are hard to arrange from abroad.
No fake flat "starting-at" prices. No surprise add-ons at the clinic. Here is the structure.
| Item | Who you pay | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Medical / dental care | The hospital, directly | Quoted after your case review; ranges shown for planning only |
| Coordination fee | Us, separately | From ~US$1,000 full-arch, or 8โ15% of medical fee |
| Imaging / X-ray | Included in hospital fee | Official pricing bundles imaging into the service fee โ not billed separately |
| Temporary vs permanent bridge | Two line items | For two-trip cases we itemise both, so trip 2 cost is never a surprise |
| Flights, hotel, visa | You, directly | We can suggest partners but you book and pay them |
These are arranged as recovery add-ons around your clinical schedule โ travel and lifestyle, not medical treatment. They are booked only after your doctor confirms your timeline allows it.
A paid case review (US$99) gives you an honest read on whether a trip makes sense, which model applies, and a planning-range estimate. If our clinical partner finds you unsuitable, the fee is fully refunded.
Or just tell us what you are considering โ we will tell you, plainly, when a trip here is not the right move.
